Former Director General of Competere – Policies for sustainable development. He holds a PhD in economic history at the Sapienza University of Rome. Previously, he has served as Project Manager for the Luigi Einaudi Foundation in Rome. He is columnist and analyst for several Italian news outlets and newspapers on innovation policies.
Co-author of the book “Europe 4.0. The future is already here” edited by Livingston/Caffé Orchidea, May 2019.

Precedentemente, è stato Project Manager per la Fondazione Luigi Einaudi a Roma. È editorialista e analista per numerose riviste e giornali italiane sulle politiche dell’innovazione.
È co-autore del libro “Europe 4.0. The future is already here” pubblicato a maggio 2019 da Livingston/Caffé Orchidea.
