Andrea Pietrini

Degree at Bocconi University, Executive MBA at LUISS Business School, he has played significant roles in the M&A sector, first at KPMG, where he worked, among other things, on acquisition due diligence, then at IBM South Europe, where he worked in the Alliance department on transnational transactions, and then as investment manager in FinTech, a joint venture between Telecom Italia and MCC – Medio Credito Centrale (Gruppo Banca di Roma, then Capitalia).

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of numerous Italian and foreign companies. For several years he served as Group CFO of the Terasystem Group, one of the most important Italian technology companies, owned by the multinational EMC2 and the Private Equity fund Euroqube SA and more recently by the Solgenia SpA Group and the Sacom Group, of which he oversaw the listing on the AIM segment of the Italian Stock Exchange.

In 2012 he founded yourCFO Consulting Group, the first Italian company of CFO Service and operational finance of which he is Managing Partner, and in the following years the parallel projects of yourHR, for human resources professionalism and yourDIGITAL, in the field of digital transformation. He is author of the publication ““i 7 segreti del CFO – Ottieni il successo finanziario della tua impresa” and professor at the Master in Business Finance at John Cabot University.

Alongside this activity, he works as a Business Angel, both as an independent investor and as a member of IAG, Italian Angels for Growth; he is president of the national association Charta Nova, which supports the issues of transparency and meritocracy and founder and treasurer of the Homo ex Machina Foundation, which promotes the use of technology for philanthropic purposes and organizes every year the Tecnopia award for young people between 6 and 18 years old.

Laurea all‘Università Bocconi, MBA Executive alla LUISS Business School, ha svolto ruoli significativi nel settore dell’M&A, prima in KPMG, dove si è occupato, tra l’altro, di acquisition due diligence, poi in IBM South Europe, dove nell’ambito dell’Alliance department ha lavorato su operazioni transnazionali, per poi passare come investment manager in FinTech, joint venture tra i gruppi Telecom Italia ed MCC – Medio Credito Centrale (Gruppo Banca di Roma, poi Capitalia).

E’ stato Consigliere di Amministrazione di numerose aziende italiane ed estere. Per alcuni anni ha svolto il ruolo di Group CFO del Gruppo Terasystem, una della più importanti realtà tecnologiche italiane, partecipata della multinazionale EMC2 e dal fondo di Private Equity  Euroqube SA e più recentemente del Gruppo Solgenia SpA e del Gruppo Sacom di cui ha curato la quotazione sul segmento AIM di Borsa Italiana.

Nel 2012 ha fondato yourCFO Consulting Group, la prima società italiana di CFO Service e finanza operativa di cui è Managing Partner, e negli anni successivi i progetti paralleli di yourHR, per le professionalità delle risorse umane e yourDIGITAL, nel campo della digital trasformation. È autore della pubblicazione “i 7 segreti del CFO – Ottieni il successo finanziario della tua impresa e docente al Master in Business Finance della John Cabot University.

A fianco a questa attività, svolge quella di Business Angel, sia come investitore indipendente, che come socio di IAG, Italian Angels for Growth; è presidente dell’associazione nazionale Charta Nova che sostiene i temi della trasparenza e meritocrazia e fondatore e tesoriere della Fondazione Homo ex Machina, che promuove l’utilizzo della tecnologia a scopi filantropici e organizza ogni anno il premio Tecnopia destinato a giovani tra i 6 e i 18 anni.
